One Print button
The customer's bill with every item first, then a dispense slip with only the new items.

Choose which printer each counter's bills and dispense slips go to.
Not printed · Retry
If a printer is off or out of paper, nothing is lost. The ticket shows it and prints again with one tap.
Payments and cash
One cashier, one drawer, one report that balances.
Cashier-only settling
Waiters print. Only the cashier settles, and each cash payment records who brought it.
Cash, M-Pesa, card, split
Change worked out for cash, the M-Pesa code recorded, and several payments on one bill.
Shifts and cash-ups
Opening float, cash drops and pay-outs, a blind count by denomination and a supervisor sign-off.
Close the day
Only when every ticket is settled, with the day's Z report. Each waiter sees their own sales.

Audit log
Logins, voids, gifts, reprints, price changes and settings, with who, when and on which counter.
Training mode
Staff practise on chosen counters without touching real sales, reports, stock or the books.
