This page explains what this website collects and what we do with it. Tausi POS is a product ofNexaGen Solutions.
What the forms collect
Demo request: your name, your bar or restaurant, your phone or WhatsApp number, how many counters you have and your current POS, if you tell us.
Support ticket: your name, business, phone or WhatsApp number, the topic, how urgent it is, what's happening and, if you attach one, a diagnostics file from your Tausi POS admin site.
If you send a form through WhatsApp or email, your message is handled by that service as well as by us. [Owner: name the form service here once it is chosen, and where it stores submissions.]
Why we collect it
Only to arrange your demo, answer your question or fix your problem. We don't sell it or use it for advertising. [Owner: how long submissions are kept.]
What this website doesn't do
No tracking, analytics or advertising scripts, and no cookies. Fonts and images are served from this site. The downloads come from updates.nexagensolutions.com, which, like any web server, logs requests.
Your business data in Tausi POS
Sales, stock and staff data stay on the Tausi Server in your own building. We only see it if you send us a diagnostics file or give us remote access for support.
